Terms of Service
The agreement between VisaHelp Immigration and its website visitors and clients.
Effective date: 19 April 2026
1. About VisaHelp Immigration
VisaHelp Immigration is the consulting practice of Simran Grewal, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Operated by Sofa and Beyond Inc.
2. No consultant-client relationship until engagement
Submitting a contact form or having a free consultation does not, on its own, create a consultant-client relationship. That relationship begins only upon signed retainer agreement and receipt of initial fees.
3. No guarantee of outcome
All immigration applications are subject to the decisions of IRCC, CBSA, or other Canadian authorities. No immigration consultant can guarantee approval. We commit to applying professional skill and care — not to a specific outcome.
4. Fees and refunds
Fees are stated in the retainer agreement signed at engagement. Government fees (IRCC, biometrics, medicals, etc.) are separate and non-refundable once paid to the government. Our professional fees follow the refund schedule in the retainer.
5. Honest disclosure requirement
Clients must provide truthful and complete information. Misrepresentation — including withheld information — can cause permanent inadmissibility to Canada (5-year bar) and invalidates our ability to represent you. We are obligated by CICC rules to withdraw from files where material misrepresentation is discovered.
6. Use of website

7. Intellectual property
All website content (text, images, brand) is © 2026 VisaHelp Immigration, except where credited. Reproduction without permission is not authorized.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
9. Complaints
Complaints against an RCIC can be made to the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) at college-ic.ca.
