Do I need a job offer for OINP?
Not always. Human Capital Priorities and Masters Graduate streams do not require a job offer. Employer Job Offer streams do.
Can I apply to OINP without Express Entry?
Yes — OINP has base (paper) streams that do not require Express Entry, but enhanced streams (most popular) do.
How long does OINP processing take?
EOI invitations: variable by stream and draw. Nomination decision: typically 30–90 days. PR after nomination: standard Express Entry or paper-PR timeline.
