Family Sponsorship
Sponsor your parents, grandparents, dependent children, or other eligible relatives for Canadian permanent residence. We handle income requirements, undertakings, and timing.
Who This Is For
Is this the right pathway for you?
Parents & Grandparents (PGP)
The annual PGP program with invitation system — we guide you through interest-to-sponsor, minimum necessary income (MNI), and super visa alternatives.
Dependent children
Sponsoring biological or adopted children under 22, or older children with qualifying conditions.
Other eligible relatives
Orphaned siblings, nephews, nieces, or grandchildren under 18 — when specific conditions are met.
What We Handle
Full-service, zero guesswork.
We take ownership of every moving part — so you don’t have to learn immigration law on top of your day job.
Our Process
How your family sponsorship case moves forward.
STEP 01
Eligibility Review
We verify your MNI, the relative’s admissibility, and the best pathway (PGP vs. Super Visa vs. other).
STEP 02
Interest or Application
PGP: interest submission when program opens. Super Visa: direct application.
STEP 03
Full Package
If invited (PGP) or applying directly (Super Visa), we prepare the complete family class sponsorship file.
STEP 04
Processing & Landing
We track the file, respond to IRCC, and prepare your family for landing in Canada.
Questions, Answered
Frequently asked.
What is the difference between PGP and Super Visa?
PGP = permanent resident status for your parents. Super Visa = 10-year multi-entry visitor visa (up to 5-year stays). PGP is competitive and limited; Super Visa has no quota. We recommend what fits your family.
How is Minimum Necessary Income calculated?
MNI is based on your 3 most recent tax years and family size (including the sponsored person). Missed one tax year? Often we can still work with the most recent 3 filed years.
Can I sponsor a sibling?
Only in limited cases — typically an orphaned minor or a last-relative scenario. Most adult siblings do not qualify under family class but may through Express Entry or PNP.
How long is the PGP undertaking?
Most provinces: 20 years. Quebec: 10 years. You are financially responsible for the sponsored person’s basic needs if they cannot support themselves.
